Immunological rapid test for the semiquantitative detection of high sensivitve CRP (hsCRP) in whole blood. The test is used for primary prevention in cardiovas-cular risk patients and for the prediction of first and recurrent cardiovascular events. The test reveals within 5 minutes if the CRP concentration is less than 1 mg/L, 1 – 3 mg/L, or higher than 3 mg/L. The result is the basis for further diagnostic interventions.
