Anti ox-LDL ELISA
The Anti ox-LDL ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of ox-LDL antibodies in EDTA-plasma and serum.
Elevated plasma levels of oxidized LDL are associated with a higher cardiovascular risk and a higher incidence of metabolic diseases, i.e., metabolic syndrome, obesity and type 2 diabetes. Subclinical atherosclerosis, kidney and liver diseases are also associated with elevated levels of oxidized LDL.

Kynurenin ELISA
The Kynurenine ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of L-kynurenine in human EDTA plasma, serum and dried blood spots.
L-kynurenine plays a key role as an immune suppressor in the course of infectious diseases (HIV, tuberculosis, borreliosis) and malignant diseases (colon cancer, lung cancer, leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, cervical cancer), where high kynurenine levels indicate a poor prognosis.
Thus, L-kynurenine serves as a prognostic marker to predict the progression and the severity of the disease.

Tryptophan ELISA
The Tryptophan ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of L-tryptophan in human EDTA plasma, serum and dried blood spots.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid which cannot be synthesized by humans, and therefore must be supplied in diet. It is the only source for synthesizing serotonin.
When tryptophan in plasma decreases, it is not available for serotonin synthesis and the following melatonin production. As a result, fluctuations of mood, aggression, sleep and eating disorder, or depression can occur.

Vitamin B1
The Vitamin B1 kit is a microtiter plate test kit based on a microbiological method which measures the total vitamin B1 content in whole blood using a Lactobacillus fermentum coated microtiter plate. For use in human and veterinary medicine and in research.
Vitamin B1 deficiency may lead to beriberi, characterised by nerve, heart, and brain abnormalities.
Deficiency may occur in alcoholics or in special clinical situations such as hemodialysis, chronic peritoneal dialysis, or after administration of glucose to a vitamin B1-depleted patient. Further vitamin B1 deficiency diseases are Wernicke‘s encephalopathy, Korsakow syndrome, and some forms of Landry‘s paralysis. Myopathy also was found in relation to thiamine deficiency.

Biotin (vitamin B7/Н)
The Biotin kit is a microtiter plate test kit based on a microbiological method which measures the Biotin (vitamin B7/Н) content in serum using a Lactobacillus plantarum coated microtitre plate. For use in human and veterinary medicine and in research.
Symptoms of biotin deficiency are caused by damage to the intestinal flora or extreme diets (e. g. frequent consumption of raw eggs). Consequences of biotin deficiency include dermatitis, hair loss, anorexia, muscular hypotonia, depression and sexual dysfunction.

sIgA ELISA
The sIgA ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of secretory IgA (sIgA) in saliva and stool.
Synthesis of sIgA is independent from the synthesis of serum IgA. This means that lack of serum IgA does not necessarily correlate with a lack of sIgA1.
Secretory IgA is the major immunoglobulin in saliva, tears, colostrum, nasal mucous, mother’s milk, tracheobronchial and gastrointestinal secretes.
Indications:
• Proof of an imbalanced immunological barrier on the intestinal mucosa;
• Autoimmune disease.

Relaxin ELISA
The Relaxin ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of Relaxin in serum, plasma, urine, seminal plasma and tissue samples.
Relaxin is a peptide hormone, it's main function is the relaxation of smooth musculature. The level of relaxin increase during ovulation and pregnancy.
Also relaxin:
- Promotes dilation of blood vessels in several organs and tissues, including the uterus, the mammary gland, the lung and the heart;
- Has a chronotropic action on the heart;
- Inhibits the stimulation of endothelin-1, the most potent vasoconstrictor in heart failure;
- Inhibits the release of histamine by mast cells, thus being able to counteract experimental allergic asthma;
- Depresses aggregation of platelets and their release by megakaryocytes;
- Influences the secretion of hormones by the pituitary gland;
- Contributes to the regulation of fluid balance.
