The Etanercept drug level ELISA kit is an enzyme immunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of free therapeutic TNFα antibodies Etanercept (e. g. ENBREL) in EDTA plasma and serum.

Bile acids in blood are a sensitive marker for liver diseases and are suited for early indicator for e. g. toxic effects on the liver (drugs, alcohol, solvent exposure etc.).

Together with the rather unspecific symptom pruritus, elevated bile acid levels in blood define the clinical picture of intrahepatic cholestase during pregnancy (ICP).
