Vitro antibodies (full list)
The catalog has a wide range of top-quality primary antibodies optimized for the pathologic diagnosis on buffered formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. We supply our products to laboratories of Anatomic Pathology, either public or private, as well as to Research Centers.
The catalog is made up of 350 antibodies to cover the vast majority of antigenic markers of diagnostic and prognostic relevance. They are grouped by panels to cover different pathologies by organs or systems.
We have a team of pathologists and experts that work on a daily basis to keep at the cutting edge for the needs of our clients.
MAD-007xxxx
Detection system (HRP, AP, Double Staining)
Our catalog has a wide range of detection system (HRP, AP, Double Staining) based on micro polymer technology. This type of polymers has shown greater sensitivity with an increase in the signal of antibody-antigen binding compared to older long-chain detection systems, and also eliminates background staining caused by nonspecific binding to endogenous biotin molecules because this technology is not based on the avidin and / or streptavidin / biotin reaction.

Vitro FISH (full list)
Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) is a molecular technique based on the use of fluorochrome-labeled DNA probes, which represents a highly useful diagnostic tool to identify a wide range of chromosomal alterations (translocations, inversions, deletions, amplifications and aneuploidies) with diagnostic and / or prognostic value on interphase and metaphase nuclei.
Vitro offers a wide catalog of Cytotest FISH probes for both manual and semi-automatic protocols covering various applications:
- Oncology of solid tumors
- Oncohematology
- Microdeletions
- Pre / PosNatal
- Human chromosome count probes (CCP)
- Subtelomeric probes for human chromosomes (STP)
- Whole Human Chromosome Paint Probes (WPP)
We also offer a large panel of FISH probes in tissue sections fixed in buffered formalin and embedded in paraffin, 100% automated in MD Stainer as well as pretreatment kits, auxiliary reagents and other consumables.

Vitro CISH (full list)
Chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH), is a molecular technique used to detect the presence of a DNA or RNA sequence, or to study the expression of a gene, evaluating simultaneously the morphology of the tissue through bright-field microscope.
